Eugene Timchenko is from the Old Soviet Federation Ukraine. He is another veteran who started playing this game as early as Season5. I have played alongside him in a couple of seasons and i know that he isnt that Bad. Another manager whos held up in the c2 barrier like me. Eugene hails from Kiev, Ukraine, a place i know better for its Football Club.
